The warm-up is completely off. Too many reps at low weight. Squat 140kg after warming up with 60,what?!
Not sure this app is working right. Whenever I enter my 5 rep max it immediately starts my sessions on my 5 rep max.. That's not right
The app is ok. It does what it's supposed to do, so that's good. Only thing I wish it had is the ability to see history or at least last lift/lbs per exercise.
4 day split does not work. System crashes when you try to open day 4. Please fix
Good app, but I think the google ad bar covers the third set of chin ups on day 2
The update sucks. On recovery day it says now 90% of90% instead 80%, on intensity day it want me to jump 10 kg in my squat..
I wish it had a weight calculator and that it stayed on the workout you were working out that day after you leave the screen... that's what's keeping me from buying. I know it's only a dollar but still. Otherwise great app.
I wish when you set the weekly weight increase you could set it to 2.5 pounds but the decimal isn't an option
Broken
Nice clean setup and easy to use.
